Nem mesmo a proximidade da decisão da Copa do Brasil, que pode dar ao Grêmio outro título nacional após 15 anos, adiou a ida do Tricolor Gaúcho ao mercado. O primeiro alvo, e que está bem próximo, é o volante Michel, um dos destaques do líder da Série B, o Atlético-GO.

O meio-campista tem 26 anos, mas pertence aoGrêmio Novorizontino, do interior paulista. Uma proposta, com valores não revelados, já foi feita ao clube. O Tricolor Gaúcho quer Michel por empréstimo por um ano, com opção de compra.

De acordo com o presidente do Novorizontino,Genílson dos Santos, detalhes separam os três clubes do acerto.

ثم تمكن البديل بيدري من تسجيل هدف رابع لبرشلونة في الدقيقة 63 من تسديدة صاروخية، بعد ثلاث دقائق من مشاركته.

بهذا الفوز يرفع برشلونة رصيده للنقطة 42 في المركز الرابع، متساويًا مع أتلتيكو مدريد صاحب المركز الخامس، وتوقف رصيد فالنسيا عند 30 نقطة في المركز 12، بينما يتصدر ريال مدريد جدول الترتيب بـ 57 نقطة.

Rangers’ decision to sign Connor Goldson from Brighton has certainly paid off, as his value has risen 550% since making the move to Ibrox, with the centre-back now a key figure in Steven Gerrard’s side.

The English centre-back joined the Light Blues in the summer of 2018 and has gone on to make 159 appearances for the club, contributing 16 goals and five assists.

The 28-year-old has played a huge part in Rangers’ Premiership title win this season, appearing in 33 of their league fixtures, in which he has contributed four goals and two assists, averaging a superb 7.38 WhoScored rating for his performances.

This is enough to rank him as the fourth-best performer in Gerrard’s side so far this season, which emphasises just how important a player he has become at Ibrox during his three years with the club.

Earlier in the season, the 40-year-old manager sang the praises of his powerful centre-back, saying: “Connor has been an absolute mountain for this team, a true warrior. He’s had a lot of stick over the years, wrongly in my opinion. But he’s continued to improve and has been one of our most consistent players. I wasn’t too happy with the back line in Belgium on Thursday but if you look at the big picture, Goldson has been absolutely immense.”

It is not just his appearances on the pitch which mark him down as an excellent piece of business by former Rangers sporting director Mark Allen, but his market value.

When Goldson joined the Gers, he was valued at just £900,000 by Transfermarkt, but his valuation now stands at £4.95m, which represents a 550% increase and is also the highest market value of his career.

Although many Rangers fans won’t want to see Goldson depart Ibrox anytime soon, they are safe in the knowledge that the club should make a profit on the £3m they paid for him back in 2018.

Speaking exclusively to Football FanCast, former Aston Villa midfielder Lee Hendrie has urged Ollie Watkins to think twice about leaving Villa Park this summer.

Watkins is currently being linked with a move to Liverpool, with Football Insider reporting that the Merseyside club have interest in the 25-year-old as they look to bolster their forward options.

Watkins has been a revelation for Villa since joining from Brentford in the last summer transfer window. He has managed to reach double figures for goals in the Premier League and is now a full England international.

Furthermore, it comes as no surprise that a club like Liverpool are looking at Watkins. Hendrie, however, has warned the striker that he could struggle for game time at Anfield.

On Watkins potentially joining Liverpool this summer, the ex-Villa player told FFC:

“He’s been brilliant. I just don’t know whether Ollie Watkins would play as much football if he went to Liverpool. That would be my only question mark.

“I feel another season at Villa, I think it would do him a world of good because he’s just found his feet in the Premier League.”

With Liverpool already boasting some very strong forward options in Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota, Watkins could certainly struggle for consistent starts at Anfield.

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is seemingly plotting a potential masterstroke as a major update emerges on Mateusz Bogusz.

What’s the story?

According to recent reports from Polish publication Meczyki, Bogusz’s time at Elland Road may be coming to an end, with Legia Warsaw in advanced talks to sign him this summer.

Now, WP SportoweFakty (via Sport Witness), claim that while Bielsa is keen on sending him out on a loan deal, the Whites would also be prepared to let him go on a permanent deal at the end of that spell, if Legia agree to include a buy-back clause in any transfer.

The report reveals that “if there’s an option to make the deal permanent in 2022, then the English club will also insert a €8m (£7m) buyback clause.”

A masterclass from Bielsa

While the 19-year-old hasn’t exactly lit Elland Road up with his time at the club, he is certainly someone with a lot of potential and a player who could grow into a very fine performer in the future.

Czeslaw Michniewicz, his manager at international youth level, hailed his potential, saying: “He is at a similar level as (Poland international) Sebastian Szymanski in his previous youth. He has great talent.”

Meanwhile, he has also earned rave reviews from the Yorkshire Evening Post, with Lee Sobot describing him as a player “brimming with pace, confidence and natural talent.”

Bielsa himself has previously gone on record to talk about Bogusz, saying: “He is growing in training. He’s an offensive playmaker. I thought he would be an option for today’s match. He is more offensive than (Jamie) Shackleton and (Robbie) Gotts.”

The addition of a buy-back clause in a potential deal that would see Bogusz leave on a permanent basis would protect the Whites’ long-term interests.

If the Polish youngster does indeed turn into a real star in his time away from Leeds, then Bielsa’s side can simply exercise their option and bring him back to Elland Road when they see fit, for a very reasonable price too.

It has all the hallmarks of being a real masterstroke idea, and one that should have fans very much relieved that they won’t just be losing a bright young talent for absolutely no reason with no way of getting him back if he flourishes away from the Elland Road spotlight.
