O Órgão Especial e Pleno do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ) se reúne nesta segunda-feira, às 13h, para julgamento dos embargos de declaração opostos pelo Vasco no caso do HD. É a terceira vez que o plenário se reunirá – ocorreram nas últimas semanas dois adiamentos, um pela ausência do desembargador relator e outro pelo expediente suspenso por conta da escassez de combustível na greve dos caminhoneiros.

O Pleno do TJRJ é a última instância estadual competente para julgar o caso HD – inclusive os embargos de declaração opostos pelo Vasco contra decisão por unanimidade do colegiado que liberou o Juizado Especial do Torcedor em utilizar o disco rígido do clube, com dados de sócios na eleição, como prova, realizando perícia em inquérito promovido em conjunto com a Delegacia de Defraudações e o Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.

Em abril, o Pleno do TJRJ havia decidido por unanimidade, em ação do conflito de jurisdição entre a 12ª Câmara Cível do TJRJ e o Juizado Especial do Torcedor, criminal, onde as partes decidiram por não periciar e periciar o disco rígido, respectivamente, ser a favor da realização da perícia pelo Juizado. Logo após a decisão, o Vasco entrou como interessado no processo – e por isso conseguiu entrar com recurso de embargo de declaração.

The company behind Hot Spot, BBG Sports, has said the application of Vaseline to the edge of a bat has no discernible effect on the technology. A batsman would have to apply a whole centimetre of Vaseline to the edge of a bat for it to have any effect, the company told ESPNcricinfo.A controversy over the system erupted when Michael Vaughan, the former England captain and now commentator, sent out a tweet that suggested India batsman VVS Laxman may have applied Vaseline to the edge of his bat, which helped him escape a caught-behind appeal on the second day of the Trent Bridge Test. England were convinced Laxman had nicked a James Anderson delivery, and though Snicko showed there was a noise as ball passed bat, Hot Spot did not show any deflection. Stuart Broad admitted to checking Laxman’s bat and said he found nothing. Broad also said the England players were not convinced Hot Spot picked up faint edgesBBG Sports decided to undertake tests to see whether the cameras used for Hot Spot could be tricked by the use of artificial substances on the edge of the bat. They have now released a statement saying: “We have done testing over the past two days in our office and can conclude that putting Vaseline on the side of a cricket bat has no discernible effect on our Hot Spot system. Maybe if you were able to apply 10 millimetres [one centimetre] of Vaseline on the side of the bat it would make a difference but we believe that this would be near impossible to achieve.”Warren Brennan, the owner of Hot Spot, had previously said the device’s accuracy was around 90-95% and could be impacted by factors like bright sunshine and the speed of the bat in the shot. He had also suggested at the time that there was a chance a substance like Vaseline could restrict the friction of the ball hitting the bat and therefore reduce the effectiveness of Hot Spot, but after conducting tests BBG have found that it would take too much Vaseline to have that effect.The company will also conduct tests to see if stickers on the edge of a bat can possibly dull the heat created by a nick and thereby reduce its presence on the Hot Spot cameras. The technology providers however said their observations during the Trent Bridge Test were that Hot Spot did register contact with the bats that had stickers on them.Hot Spot has been made a mandatory piece of technology for the DRS system following the ICC’s meetings in Hong Kong last month, where it was also decided to make Hawk-Eye optional. The infra-red cameras have been especially effective at deciding bat-pad catches and whether a batsman has been hit pad first in an lbw appeal, although in the England-India series the DRS is not being used for any leg-before decisions.There have been a number of occasions when Hot Spot has proved inconclusive in caught-behind decisions. During the last Ashes, Kevin Pietersen survived in Melbourne, which incensed Ricky Ponting, while in Sydney Ian Bell survived an appeal which Snicko – which isn’t used with the DRS – later suggested was out.

وأوضحت أن إدارة بوروسيا دورتموند مستعدة لجعل بيلينجهام اللاعب الأعلى أجرًا في النادي، عن طريق عرض عقد جديد براتب يبلغ 180 ألف جنيه إسترليني أسبوعيًا.

وأشارت إلى إنه بالرغم من ذلك، فإن بيلينجهام يعتزم رفض عرض بوروسيا دورتموند حيث يتطلع إلى الرحيل وخوض تحد جديد مع نادِ آخر.

وأفادت أن مسؤولي بوروسيا دورتموند يخططون لعقد محادثات مع بيلينجهام بشأن مستقبله والعقد الجديد خلال اليومين المقبلين.

وأكدت أن النادي الألماني يقبل فكرة أن بيلينجهام يريد اختبار نفسه على مستوى أعلى، ولا تنوي الإدارة الوقوف في طريقه إذا أصر على الرحيل.

Sehwag had been dismissed for 2 in India’s loss to Bangladesh in the 2007 World Cup, which ended up eliminating them from the tournament, so his swashbuckling hundred in Mirpur in the 2011 edition was revenge of sorts. Gillespie had been hit for a six in the last over of Australia’s embarrassing loss to Bangladesh in Cardiff, in 2005, so he would have felt glad that his first double-century, which came in his last Test, in Chittagong, was against the same opponents.It is hard to find cases where a Bangladesh player has achieved similar redemption. There are very few shots at glory and the propensity of the board to drop those who flounder under pressure means comeback-stories are a rarity.Mushfiqur Rahim, Bangladesh’s new captain, was lucky to be presented with a similar situation to the one he bungled up in Harare in August. This time though, no giant could eclipse the Mighty Atom who started celebrating the victory even before the ball had crossed the rope.Mushfiqur’s 26-ball 41 was the key to Bangladesh’s second Twenty20 win over West Indies but what was also significant was that the recently sacked captain Shakib Al Hasan and vice-captain Tamim Iqbal both remained heavily involved in Bangladesh’s performance. Shakib and Tamim combined to give Bangladesh their first dismissal of the match, that of Adrian Barath. Shakib continued to impress as a Twenty20 bowler while Tamim was energetic in the outfield.With Shakib’s every move being cheered by the capacity crowd, Mushfiqur used his key bowler cleverly, spacing out his four overs. Mushfiqur remained busy in the field and only looked slightly flustered when Marlon Samuels started attacking the bowlers, pounding sixes at will. The short spells Mushfiqur used his best bowlers in suggested he had a plan despite Bangladesh’s lack of Twenty20 experience. And after his bowlers had done half the job, he completed it himself.

O clássico catarinense não teve vencedor nesta quinta-feira, no Heriberto Hulse. Criciúma e Figueirense empataram em 1 a 1, pela décima quarta rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro, da Série B. O resultado foi ruim para os dois: o Furacão se afastou do G-4, e o Tigre deixou a vitória escapar e ficar mais perto de sair do Z-4. Os gols foram marcados por João Paulo, para os donos da casa, e Nogueira, para os visitantes.

O resultado deixou o Figueirense na sexta posição, com 22 pontos. O Criciúma, por sua vez, permaneceu na décima oitava colocação, com 13 somados, na zona de rebaixamento.

O próximo compromisso do Criciúma será contra o Goiás, na sexta-feira, às 20h30, no Olímpico, em Goiânia. O Figueirense encara o Oeste, na segunda-feira, no Orlando Scarpelli, às 20h30.

Após desfalcar o plantel nas últimas rodadas por causa de dores, Renato deve voltar a vestir a camisa do Avaí no próximo compromisso da equipe. Nesta quinta-feira (12), às 18h, a equipe catarinense enfrenta o Londrina em partida válida pela 15ª rodada da Série B do Campeonato Brasileiro. O confronto será justamente no Estádio do Café, palco que traz ótimas recordações ao artilheiro do Avaí.

Na temporada 2016, Renato foi peça de extrema importância no retorno do Avaí à Série A, com 54 jogos, sete gols e oito assistências. E foi justamente no Estádio do Café, após vencer o Londrina por 1 a 0, que o Leão carimbou o acesso á elite brasileira.

– É impossível não lembrar daquele jogo. Com certeza absoluta foi um dos jogos mais marcantes da carreira, um dos mais especiais. Lembro de tudo. Foi um jogo complicado, nervoso. O time deles era forte como é hoje. Fomos felizes, vencemos e comemoramos lá mesmo o acesso. Foi inesquecível. Espero que tenha sorte mais uma vez. Com certeza teremos mais uma batalha muito complicada lá – relembrou o camisa 19.
