The BCCI has summoned Sreesanth, Ankeet Chavan, Harmeet Singh, Siddharth Trivedi and Amit Singh to present their case at the meeting of its disciplinary committee on Friday in New Delhi. Names of all these players were involved in the controversy surrounding the alleged spot-fixing in the IPL.Ajit Chandila, another accused, hasn’t been summoned because Ravi Sawani, BCCI’s anti-corruption unit chief who has been carrying on the internal investigation, hasn’t yet had the opportunity to question Chandila, who was released on bail only on September 9. ESPNcricinfo understands that a player has to be given seven days’ notice to appear before Sawani. It hasn’t yet been established if Chandila has been notified already.The disciplinary committee consists of N Srinivasan, the BCCI president who has recused himself from the board’s day-to-day affairs, and the vice-presidents, Arun Jaitley and Niranjan Shah. Srinivasan is expected to attend the meeting.Since the disciplinary committee is a statutory body, it is not binding on it to forward their recommendations to the board’s AGM later this month. If the committee feels some of the sanctions can be announced in Delhi, it is free to do so. Bans between five years and life are expected for Sreesanth, Chavan and Amit. The other two are likely to serve lesser time.

كشفت تقارير قطرية إمكانية رحيل الدولي المغربي عبد الرزاق حمد الله مهاجم اتحاد جدة السعودي، عن صفوف الفريق في الانتقالات الجارية.

وأكدت قنوات “الكأس” القطرية أن إدارة نادي اتحاد جدة ناقشت مع البرتغالي نونو سانتو المدير الفني للفريق، إمكانية رحيل المهاجم المغربي.

كشفت تقارير صحفية إسبانية، عن موقف الدولي الفرنسي، أوريلين تشواميني لاعب فريق كرة القدم الأول بنادي ريال مدريد الإسباني، من المغادرة خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الجارية.

تشواميني هدفًا للعديد من الأندية الأوروبية، منذ تألقه في بطولة كأس العالم قطر 2022، واحتلال المركز الثاني مع المنتخب الفرنسي تحت قيادة ديديه ديشامب.

صحيفة “آس” الإسبانية، أكدت بأن تشواميني لا يريد المغادرة، رغم أن هناك اهتمام كبير من بايرن ميونخ الألماني، وليفربول الإنجليزي، لضمه خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الجارية.

ويرى ليفربول أن رحيل الثنائي هندرسون وفابينيو المحتمل إلى الدوري السعودي، سيكون ضربة قوية لوسط الملعب، مع الوضع في الاعتبار مغادرة نابي كيتا وتشامبرلين وجيمس ميلنر بنهاية الموسم الماضي.

ليفربول يريد تعزيز وسط ملعبه، ويرى بأن لاعب موناكو السابق، هو الحل المثالي لوسط الملعب، خاصة وأنه هدفًا للمدرب يورجن كلوب منذ فترة طويلة، قبل حتى أن ينضم إلى ريال مدريد.

توماس توخيل أيضًا، مدرب بايرن ميونخ، يريد الحصول على خدمات تشواميني، الذي يُنظر له على أنه مستقبل وسط الملعب في منتخب فرنسا، والاستفادة منه هدف توخيل، بجانب جورتسكا وكيميتش، خاصة وأن اللاعب الفرنسي متعدد الاستخدامات.

وقال محمد غرابة في تصريحات صحفية، إن فيتوريا مستمر في عمله في قيادة منتخب مصر، ولا صحة مطلقًا لما يتردد عن توصله لاتفاق مع أحد الأندية السعودية، وأن التقارير التي صدرت من إحدى الصحف هناك غير صحيحة على الإطلاق.

وتابع غرابة، أن روي  فيتوريا نفى وجود أي مفاوضات مع أي ناد سعودي، خلال الاتصال الذى جمعهما اليوم، ولم يتلق أي اتصالات من أي مسؤول هناك.

وشدد على أن روي فيتوريا يقضي إجازته مع عائلته ولم يتواصل معه أحد من أي ناد سعودي، وأنه ملتزم بعقده مع منتخب مصر ويستعد للتصفيات المؤهلة لكأس العالم وبطولة أمم إفريقيا المقرر لها يناير المقبل، وسعيد بتواجده في مصر.

Subrata Roy, the chairman of Sahara India, has criticised the BCCI over its different standards in dealing with IPL franchises and said he felt “betrayed” by the board’s decision to terminate the IPL franchise Pune Warriors – owned by Roy – for failing to pay their bank guarantee for the 2014 season. He cited the case of Gurunath Meiyappan and the Chennai Super Kings franchise, who were cleared of any involvement in corrupt activities, though Gurunath was charged by the Mumbai Police with allegations of betting.”If the chief of any institution can create and allow such bad example like that of Gurunath, how can a body function independently? Had Gurunath been an owner or principal of some other team, what would have happened to that team?” Roy told the . “After this example, BCCI has lost the right to take action against anyone. Their whims and fancies are more important to them than anything else.”Sahara had threatened to pull out of the IPL last year, barely an hour before the auction. The main point of contention has been the franchise fee, which was negotiated for 18 matches per team in the league stage. However the minimum number of matches was reduced to 16, after which Sahara sought to resolve the matter through arbitration. Even though the BCCI and Sahara agreed to the arbitration, no further steps were taken after the parties failed to agree over who would oversee the abitration.In March this year, Sahara was required to furnish a bank guarantee of Rs 170.2 crore for IPL 2014. The franchise had defaulted on 70% of the payment last season and had its bank guarantee encashed by the BCCI in May. Subsequently, Sahara announced its decision to pull out of the IPL, detailing its concerns against the board, and also stated its intentions to withdraw sponsorship of the national cricket team.”They have false egos and high-handedness and the Board will realise how big a financial loss it is suffering after Sahara pulls out of team sponsorship”, Roy said. “I don’t think any corporate would be interested to pay so much money to cricket at a time when there is so much of ego in the cricket bosses.”The decision to oust Pune Warriors from the IPL was taken at the BCCI working committee meeting in Chennai on October 26, but Roy felt such drastic measures were unnecessary. “I felt betrayed,” he said. “Had they sat across the table, we would have continued with the Indian team sponsorship.”
